I don't know if anyone still even remembers this project of mine, but I finally finished that green and orange dress I started ages ago. As expected, the workmanship is nothing to brag about but I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.

And even Aisling had to admit that the colours at least sort of worked. Which is probably the closest I'm getting to a compliment from her. Oh sisters~

I missed home but I also miss it being just the two of us. Two against the world~ It was really nice, even if it did end on a sour note.

I've been staring at this journal for days, trying to figure out what to write. I'm still not sure exactly what I want to say though...I just know I need to say something instead of just ignoring you forever.

I saw your apology, back during the Festival. I read it. I just couldn't quite...wrap my head around everything well enough to actually reply.

I guess in the end all I can say is that I'm still really hurt by what happened and I don't know how long it will take for that to stop.

Right, well, I promised to write when we reached Hanalan. It's nice to see that the mountains to actually have an end~

So far, not feeling all the different but I'm sure that will change soon.

This is it, the great adventure of leaving Kilia. It is still very exciting but also a bit nerve wracking, now that I'm faced with it. Somewhere beyond these mountains is the great unknown that is Hanalan. How absolutely terrifying~

Okay, so I probably should have written this a little earlier but it's not like we're going to be arriving tomorrow or anything. Or even the day after~

But Hana and I are on our way. I managed to convince some merchants who sell to my parents' store that they should take us with them, at least most of the way. They're headed to Floran but are going to be close enough to Harcha that we shouldn't have a problem making it in there. Though I might try and convince them to take a little detour, if I can~

I'm not exactly sure how long it's going to take. I'll let you know when we're actually out of Kilia, maybe?

What an exciting time of year. You always know it's springtime when the bright coloured fabric starts coming in again. No more drab browns and greys and that muted nonsense, it's all about being flashy now~

And there is even an orange and green dress being worked on by yours truly. I'm not sure I exactly know what I'm doing, but I think I'm up for the challenge. Though I'll definitely be begging Aisling for as much help as I can get.
